Jeremy White, Lead Pastor
Jeremy joined Valley’s staff in 2005 and began serving as Lead Pastor in 2009 after 14 years in youth ministry. He loves teaching the Bible, developing staff and leaders, casting vision and being active in the community as a voice for the Gospel of grace. A lover of sports, fitness, the outdoors and coffee shops, his favorite things include spending time with his wife April and three sons, as well as friends and extended family.
Isaac Dailey, executive Pastor
Isaac joined our staff in 2018 after serving for 13 years in youth and children’s ministries. As Executive Pastor he oversees Valley’s staff and administrative functions. An impactful and strategic thinker and leader, Isaac is also a gifted communicator with a heart for ministry training and discipleship. He and his wife Liz love Valley Church, time spent with family and friends, and raising their two boys.
Jack Hamlin, associate Pastor
Jack joined our staff in 2004 after serving for 30 years as the founding principal of Woodland Christian Schools. Serving as Valley’s Executive Pastor for 16 years, he handed that baton to Pastor Isaac in 2020, moving to the role of Associate Pastor. He remains highly involved with many of Valley’s core ministries including oversight of seniors, our traditional worship venue, visitations and pastoral care. The pastoral staff also look to him as a seasoned mentor and advisor in a variety of areas. Jack loves ministry and enjoys being an active grandparent, along with his wife Jan, to 9 grandchildren.
Josh Fuller, family Pastor
Josh joined the Valley staff in 2006, and has invested his many talents in many different ministries including with children, youth, young adults and men’s ministry. Josh is highly relational, and together with his wife Diana stay busy raising three daughters.
